The ease of picking what time of day best fits my schedule is fantastic !! Over the years I had experienced terrible service at some of these businesses but AFC does it the right way !! Prompt and friendly service are met once your name has been called. The nursing staff on their game that’s for sure !! Dr. Pita is very thorough in explaining tests results and takes the time to explain his thoughts on a treatment plan that best suits your problem

Been sick for a few days and come here because they’re the best and most helpful whenever I need to go to doctor. Not long wait time either.

After waiting three hours , I was finally seen by the doctor. He was attentive and allowed me to ask a couple of questions. Assistants were very nice.

The Doctor and Nurse(I don't know they’re names ), and never thought of asking, but they’re really great in they’re work, The Nurse she was one of the best nurses that I have seen. She was very friendly, nice and out going , I felt happy like, I'm talking with my friends. I think they’re are doing really great in they’re jobs and was very helpful.

Check in was awful. The process is off and really needs to take in consideration that all clients are not computer saffi. And those that are are not in the mood for guess working when you are ill. Elderly clients were frustrated because they had no phones and did not understand.

I visited AFC Berry Hill on a mission to render services for a sports ankle injury which the wait time was over 2 hours to later be advised the Wi-Fi for the X-ray machine is not working. Please make contact to discuss the reversal of Copay for services not rendered. Thanks

The personnel was courteous, polite, and friendly. They helped me when I didn’t know how to sign in. Facility was clean. I have no complaints. The doctor took his time and explaining my condition and the test results. I will definitely come back again to AFC and I would recommend them to other people

Staff was loud talking & joking, took forever to see a provider

I had been feeling sick and needed treatment. By the time I got off work, it was close to closing. Another place, had locked their doors early, but AFC still had their doors open and was able to treat me and send in my prescriptions. The staff was friendly and courteous, although it was close to closing.Yes, I definitely recommend them for your health needs.
