Staff was very kind and had excellent bedside manner. I felt truly heard and cared for the entire visit from start to finish.

I was a walk in. There when they opened. I had been before so I was surprised to have to log in on my phone and go through insurance and all again when already on file. Felt terrible but my husband ended up asking the receptionist to just check me in. She was kind and did that for me. But that would work best and faster than the phone log in etc

was a walk-in, I waited 45 minutes in the weight room ( which was empty), and then an hour and a half in the doctors room, just for a false diagnosis, will not return!

First time in and very impressed with level of care and kindness.

The provider I seen Brian IS THE BOMB !! The MA that took me to the back is the BOMB ! Mooresville is the BOMB :)

Quality of care was solid.  A little odd how thin the walks are, and we could hear the doc and patient discussions in other rooms.

Stephen and the entire staff were great! Knowledgeable, friendly and made you feel well cared for.

Whenever we need to be seen at urgent care we always choose AFC Mooresville. Dr Brian is awesome and so are all of the staff members. Everyone is so friendly and they do their best to get us in and out as quickly as possible. We really appreciate the kindness of AFC staff in Mooresville. Top notch care!

Ridiculously long wait time. It was roughly an hour before I was put in a room to see the physician and over another hour before I actually saw him. This facility needs to staff appropriately. This isn't Urgent Care. It is spend your whole day there care. On another note, all of the staff at this facility were great! They were knowledgeable, friendly and did their best under extremely difficult staffing issues.

PA Jammel was excellent. Heard my concerns and formed a quick plan for me. Wait time was a little much and didn’t know I could have made an appointment ahead of time with the Solv app, nothing on the website or google about that. But my family and I will always go to this urgent care because of the PA excellent care. The rest of the staff was very friendly and very thoughtful offering everyone bottled waters.
