Staff was amazing from the guest service at the desk to the nurses (2 assisted me) to the doctor. It felt like my primary care giver. Thank you for the great service and care. We will be back!

I diagnosed myself from a previous experience. Called my doctor for advise he suggested urgent care where I was promptly greeted and scheduled to see a physician. All that was required was paperwork associated with Insurance and any previous illness along with current meds. After completion I was sent to a nurse for vital signs and theta a physician who visibly checked my rash and concluded that I had Shingles. I was given viral prescription at CVS a list of how to deal with the illness and a recommendation that also contact my family physician to advise him of the medical service I was provided and ask any other questions that the current physician could not answer. I was then released to pick up my prescription. IO would recommend this provider.

I didn't schedule my appointment, but there is no way to remove the rating. Ignore it. Doc didn't know what the issue was with my knee pain, I appreciated him being honest and upfront about it. He suggested going to the ER to do an ultrasound because he could only do an X-Ray. I went to the ER where the doc said it makes very little sense to do an ultrasound because it looks nothing like a blood clot. Instead he suggested taking some steroids for a few days, and if it doesn't get better see a specialist. So that's the plan now. Day 2, my knee is already feeling better. I just wish the AFC doc would have offered the X-Ray on-site to ensure there is nothing broken or arthritis, and gave me steroids, all that himself. It would have spared me hours at the ER and a $500 ER bill. What ended up being a simple matter turned into a whole afternoon lost and a lot of money spent :(

I needed an X-ray and there wasn’t a tech In premises    A tech was brought in from another location.   Wait time exceeded any I’ve ever had before, but I wanted the  X-ray to be done and needed to know why.   NO complaint here —and I truly appreciated being able to get the exam all in one trip

Checked in online first thing this morning got a response very quickly got to the office and the front staff was very kind. No waiting and and Dr LAPHAM was very kind and even remembered the last time I was in there very great recommend anybodyto go there for Care

Highly recommend.  Was seen for extremely sore throat and cough.  Front desk was friendly and professional.  Provider Brian Jamel was thorough and informative.  Great bedside manner.

Woke up and had an infected hangnail and felt dumb for going but they all made me feel reassured and cared for.  Much appreciated.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We went to AFC because the wait time at another place was way too long.  We would go back as needed

We were able to book an appointment the same day that we needed one.  Brian took care of my grandson’s issues with a great bedside manner and in a timely way.  He was attentive, knowledgeable, and thorough.  The staff at the reception window was friendly and helpful.  The medical assistant took the necessary time to sort through his medical chart in preparation for the doctor.  The whole staff made a sick visit easy and more tolerable.
