I went to a different urgent care yesterday and had a horrible experience and got no answers. Coming to AFC was wonderful, all staff was extremely friendly and personable. The whole facility and restrooms were spotless, cleaning is clearly a priority. The doctor explained everything well, diagnosed me with the flu. He even triple checked medication that was safe for me to take being pregnant. He got my husband checked in for an appointment so he could be treated while we were there as well. I will absolutely use AFC as my urgent care location going forward.

Booked 915. Opted to wait in car so not to wait as long in lobby or room. Asked us to come back but sat waiting for Dr for 40 mins.

I was the only one in the waiting area for close to 45min. Besides that, the doctor and staff were great. It would be beneficial to have more than one doctor in at the same time.

Daughter woke up at 6:00 with sore throat, went online and filled out schedule for 7:30 appointment we arrived at 7:30 2 other people arriving checked in and was in a room in 15 minutes diagnosed and out of there by 8:20 and on our way to pharmacy, excellent staff and Doctor we have been going there since they opened and really like how friendly the staff is and the ease of appointment and checking in online is , I recommend this place to anyone

Made an online appointment. Got checked in quick. But sat in room for over an hour waiting for the dr to see my 2yr old who broke out in hives.. Dr never came in. Walked out because he was getting restless and husband was in the car with 3 other kids and baby waiting for us.

Very convenient urgent care to come to. This last visit was great. Not a long wait at all. My son and I were seen tested, prescriptions sent to pharmacy and feeling like new money. Friendly and courteous staff. I recommend coming here for those urgent and last minute health care needs!

I’d been sick on my stomach for 2 days straight, and woke up Friday morning feeling horrible. I made my way to AFC urgent care in Mooresville and was seen right away. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and attentive. My nurse, whose name I unfortunately don’t remember, was one of the best nurses I’ve come in contact with in a long time. Her bedside manner was impeccable and made me feel safe in her care. Although I ultimately had to go to the ER for care, AFC was the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had.
