Waiting over an hour for the doctor to hastily come in and say he couldn’t do anything to help with an injury and to go to the hospital. Not a good experience.

Had a sore throat and a mild fever. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The staff at the front are not really nice but the provider was professional but I don’t understand why the urgent care don’t have blood work

I had an appointment and was only 1 person before. I have a toddler and it took way to long. I went the day before with my other twin and it was quick and that was without an appointment

Went to bed the evening before feeling rough. Booked and appointment on line and was seen immediately. The nurse was sweet and very efficient. Tested me for Covid, RSV and glue. Results came back quickly. Positive for Covid. Dr was nice and thorough. Called in prescriptions and I was out within half an hour. Would definitely recommend again

I came to your office yesterday but the results seemed inconclusive, so I came again today to get a second opinion. Yesterday's tests were performed by a Doctor's Assistant who did not seem to have the experience needed. But today I got Trey (?), an NP who was just what I needed! He explained things very well: Flu much more a threat than RSV; flu shots only hit four of the most common variants of flu, but there are more than 200 of them, and even then you can still get one of the four, but hopefully in a milder form; etc. He also gave me time to consider the options available: and let me choose. I went for a Z-Pak right away, and an X-Ray later if there was still an issue. Also the nurse who took the samples was much better than the person who did it the previous day. Sadly Trey is only there Wednesdays, and you only have a real doctor there on Sundays, so it's a bit hit-or-miss who you get the other days. I've been very impressed with the doctors I've seen there in the past (Indian lady, middle-aged gentleman), but I'm not sure I dare come back in the future if I can't rely on getting someone good the first time.

Had a severe allergic reaction to medication. Made an appointment, check in was easy, staff were very professional, and care received was fabulous.

Went there 8:30 am with scheduled appointment. Saw PA John Samuel. Amazing overly caring and informative. Had severe swelling in both legs and feet. Ordered prescription water pill. 7 days.  Gave hand outs about compression socks and leg swelling. Very concerned for my health. Brought tears to my eyes he was so empathic. Don’t hesitate to go there.

Location was recommended by friend and my first time visit was excellent! I registered online for appointment and for paperwork. When I checked in all was in their system and I just needed to pay my co pay. The wait time in the waiting room  was 5-7 minutes. The area was spacious and very clean. The receptionist was very professional and courteous . When called into the exam room the nurse was just as professional and courteous. Took my vitals and listened intently to my reason for my visit. The room was very clean and I was entertained by Barney on the tv screen. I waited a good 10-15 minutes for the doctor who was very thorough in questioning me and listening to my lungs. I agreed with his diagnosis and plan going forward. Again a very professional setting. I would highly recommend this Nanuet New York facility.
