It takes forever to send the prescription to the pharmacy. Waited for 1.5 hours coming back and forth to the line but my prescription doesn’t show up the pharmacy’s system. Even called the AFC four times to follow up on them. I had to leave cos I’m feeling nauseous and sick waiting.

I was told on Tuesday evening to call the next morning to schedule an xray, and when I arrived that they would get me back to xray right away. I called yesterday morning and was told that I would have to schedule online. I scheduled for 11:30am. I arrived before 11:20 and was not seen until the other 5 people were seen and left. Then I was put in a room to wait for a doctor that never came to even speak with me. After 45 minutes of waiting, I received my xray and was put back in a room to wait. The doctor never came in, just the person who originally put me in the room came and told me, "You're good to go". Definitely unprofessional for a urgent care center that I had come to trust. I feel I would have received more thorough care at the ER.
