I went in for a routine pre employment drug screening. The staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. The wait time was not long the drug screening was easy and smooth. Overall a great experience. I would highly recommend.

Came in with really bad back pain. They gave me naproxen but it’s doing nothing. The pain is still bad.

I went there because I was feeling very dizzy and fatigued and wanted to see what was going on. I explained in great detail what was going on with me to the tech as well as the PA that I saw. It took multiple attempts (over 4) to draw blood and I allowed for the person to keep trying because I really needed to see what my bloodwork would indicate as it was the recommendation of my doctor to go to urgent care. I waited over 5 days ( I accounted for the holidays as NYE was the next day) and no one called me with results. I called them several times just to have someone tell me they found something and I needed treatment but they couldn’t release my labwork to the portal because I had to wait to speak to someone. No one called me back. I had to call back several times just for them to tell me that they had actually lost my bloodwork and I needed to go back to have my blood drawn again. I requested my medical records when I went back and inaccurate information was listed in my documentation. With not feeling well, it was a very stressful situation having to wait for bloodwork once again even though no one even bothered to call to tell me they had lost the blood sample.  I had to go elsewhere and this entire process significantly delayed my ability to get treatment.

I went to AFC healthcare as my doctor was on vacation and received prompt & courteous service from the front desk, receptionist, the nurse and the doctor.

We need to be more attentive to the medical service than to the money.... I was there for a while, the doctor just told me you have COVID, I'm going to send you the treatment and they didn't even send the prescription to the pharmacy... I go the next day and they tell me that I don't have a doctor's prescription... impossible to have a good image of the Urgencare... Thank you very much for nothing

GREAT CLINICAL experience but NEEDS Operational! IMPROVEMENT I had a great experience with the NP who assisted me! But there is room for improvement as it relates to operational details. For instance, the person who answered the phone when I called to verify my insurance and the address prior to arrival really should have informed me that I could schedule my appointment before I arrived. If I was privy to that information, I wouldn’t have had to wait for 8 people to be seen before me. Additionally, the aftercare /follow up process needs improvement. I specifically provided the receptionist with the address, phone number and name of the correct pharmacy when she shared that the incorrect pharmacy was on file. However, the update was never made and I had to wait over 1 hour at 2 locations for my scripts. As someone who was not feeling well, had a fever, was in pain and incessantly coughing and wheezing, the last thing I need is for my requests to be ignored and to have to drive all over for my scripts.
