I had a bad case of cough, cold and fever. I was in this AFC facility 2x before and nobody told me I can schedule appointment in their website, so I just walk in. I had to wait over 2 hours before I was seen by the medical staff. Had I known the wait is this long, I would have gone to the Emergency room instead. They should prioritize the Real Urgent cases as their name said instead of paperwork cases. By the time I was done, my pharmacy was already closed and I did not have meds for the night.

Had a strep culture pulled, when I called for the results the receptionist told me it wasn’t ready, which is fine, but she added the office would only call if it was positive. So now I need to keep calling back to find out if the results are negative or if the test is still outstanding with the lab, not exactly convenient or helpful.
