Went to Ooltewah clinic for hurt finger. Needed x-ray. X-ray tech was not working that day. Had to go to Cleveland for the x-ray. Bad mistake. Ootlewah people let them know we were coming. Had to wait an hour for the x-ray. Never again. No communication at Cleveland clinic. They were not busy.....just sick people. No x-rays to tie up the machine. Asked what is taking so long. The x-ray machine is warming up. Sure!! Like previously said never again in Cleveland! Ooltewah is just fine.

I was able to get an appointment almost immediately. Checking in on my phone made everything easier. The staff what can I say the most polite kind people you'd want to meet.
