I got there at 11:30AM as requested for a 11:45 appointment. However I was seen at 12:20, which was a long wait as I felt ill. It wasn't even crowded. The PA was great and listened intently to my symptoms. She treated them accordingly. My biggest complaint, and it was my second time going there, is that as soon as you approach the front desk, and they check you in, they ask what your symptoms are. Anyone sitting within earshot can hear the whole conversation, which goes against HIPAA regulations. Why would the receptionist ask that question? Isn't her job to simply check you in? I had already filled this info in when I made the appointment online. So it was really a mute point. The MA and PA/MD have to ask but it's not part of the front desk people's job. Thank goodness my symptoms were regular cold/virus related answers. PS. Love the free water, coffee and pretzels- nice touch
