It's very easy to make an appointment, which I appreciate. There was a bit of a wait (in the waiting room), which wasn't terrible at all, but there was an emergency that occurred with another patient in the lobby, causing a huge delay, where we were sitting in the exam room for about an additional 25 minutes before the provider was able to come in to see my daughter. The provider was an NP, and she was ok. Not very warm of a person, but seemed to listen enough to get a clear understanding of what's going on, I suppose. I come to this facility often enough that I have been seen by multiple providers and have found others to have a bit better bedside manner, but again, she wasn't bad, just ok to me. Still very knowledgeable and takes care of your needs.
