When we walked in first thing in the morning, the Medical assistant looked at the front desk with an attitude because we were there. I worked in plenty of urgent cares and I understand the frustration of a patient being there before you even arrive. However, everyone should be treated with respect because we want to be there less than you do. We are there because we are sick, not to hang around. Then, she asked me if I knew my toddlers weight. Medication for toddlers are distributed by weight, I told her to take his weight because she NEEDS to. It just showed that she didn’t want to work and her attitude was uncalled for. Please take your children else where. The doctor was very friendly and patient with us. I thank him for his care
