The staff was friendly. My first overall experience was not great. I spent 50 dollars to be told to take mucinex. I voiced my concerns about my symptoms, but was dismissed. I ended up having to go to the hospital to be put on proper meds. I would just like to voice how important it is to listen to your patient when they say something is wrong. I wouldn’t make an appointment if the solution was mucinex. I’m also a nurse so I wouldn’t have made an appointment if I didn’t think an intervention needed to be taken. I understand it’s hard to diagnose over telehealth, but “you seem fine currently” isn’t a proper assessment. I just wanted to give some constructive criticism on my experience to help in the future.

The receptionist was professional, and caring. Emma got me into my appointment quickly, I did not have to wait long at all. Finally, Dr. Ortiz was extremely patient when my internet connection was not working. I went into the appointment scared and panicked, and confused about the virtual appointment. After the appointment I honestly feel relieved! THANK YOU ALL:)

I was feeling really sick when I was seen. They were very friendly, the offices were clean and the doctor and nurse very thorough. Very satisfied with AFC urgent care and will recommend 100% to others. Am grateful for the whole staff considering how not well I felt. It made a big difference in my not so lovely day...
