“I went to get my physical done, and the experience was frustrating. The wait time was extremely long—much longer than I expected. When I was finally seen, the office itself didn’t feel very clean, which was already a concern. On top of that, I don’t think the staff really knew what they were doing. The woman handling my physical wasn’t doing things correctly, and instead of completing everything at once, she kept coming back into my room to add things that should have already been done. It felt very unorganized and unprofessional. The only positive was that the staff was friendly, but overall, the experience was disappointing.”

This was a horrible initial experience because the nurse (Jon) was beyond rude. To start off when he came to get me to bring me to the back, he did not even say hello or anything just pointed for me to follow him where he proceeded to point to everything rather than speak to me eventually, I said to him, can you speak? I believe that must’ve jolted him enough to realize that he was being extremely unprofessional and rude and needed to speak with me rather than point to everything that needed to happen. On the flipside the APRN Dusti Russell was beyond exceptional! She was calming, kind, communicative, knowledgeable, and helped me in numerous ways. I loved my experience with her and hated my experience with Jon. Frankly, Jon has no idea how to create an exceptional patient experience. He failed miserably.

I am so grateful I was able to be seen at was most likely over half a week of symptoms.  Practitioner Dusti explained etiology differential quality of my sore throat, neck swelling, cough, fever, low grade temp.  Other staff were exceptionally professional.  Treatment very effective. Thank You

My experience at AFC Urgent Care in Pinellas Park was very good. The staff and APRN were friendly, professional and attended to my needs. I highly recommend them.

I’m not sure if feedback goes directly to the doctors but I do hope it does. Dr. Dusti Russell saw me for a very unfortunate incident I put myself in, a potential fracture, and prescribed me as a precaution with anxiety meds to calm myself down. And ultimately, the root cause of the issue was mental related, not physical related. Everything wound up being okay. I can’t thank her enough for her support and the other staff that assisted me during my appointment.

This is the second time I’ve been to this urgent care. I had to bring my daughter in last minute. The people that answer the phone and check you in are AMAZING. So kind and helpful and patient! I love this urgent care more than my doctors office! Thank you!
