The Florida mosquitos ate me alive! Scheduled an appointment and did the paperwork online before I left the house. Staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Had a thorough and helpful exam, called in my prescriptions, the. sent me on my way. Could feel results almost immediately. Thank you!

This was the best medical experience I have ever had. The staff was joyful and kind and quick. The facility was clean, as well as easy to find, with great parking. I can’t say enough good things. I mean, my foot is still broken, but they are amazing.

When I walked in, I had not slept in two nights and had severe night pain in my right hand/arm/shoulder.  Both ARPN, Dusti Russell and Nurse Sharnee’ were attentive and compassionate to my needs and situation.  My husband and I both have only had A+ experience with this location. Went in to have my ear cleared out from impacted wax. The Dr was so seeet and friendly… however, the nurse tech was unprofessional. He was aggressive with the ear wash, when I said it hurt (3 x) he said it had to be that way to dissolve the wax. He asked how often do I clean my ears.. I answered. He replied, I clean it 2x a day, using 4 q tips. I said I am shocked you are saying that since we are taught not to use qtips by doctors.  He just wanted to be sitting down at his desk and not doing his job professionally in my opinion. I have been to the local ER at home with my kids amd for myself. They were never that rough with the ear wash. He was aggressive.

Wating time is ridiculous, more than 3 hrs , I ask the front desk and they told me they only have one provider . Horrible

The nurse was awesome! Quick results! They almost forgot about us as they were closing up. But we got our paperwork next morning as promised! Would recommend, but just an earlier appt, not then end of the day!
