Everything was great until I got to the pharmacy and only had two out of the three medicines the doctor said she was giving me. Was missing a cough medicine. Had to buy over the counter. It’s been two days and I’m still having coughing fits. Hopefully the steroids start working. Bc this cough is no joke

The provider Dusti is great. She was thorough and got me right on track to feeling better. The staff were friendly and efficient.

The girl at the front desk and the gentleman taking vitals were stellar nice and the doctor was great! I've had strep throat many times and never had one side swollen like this. Thank you for your staff to make it a bit better

Busy busy flu season yet I could get an appointment next day where others wanted me to wait 2 days. Great friendly, professionals! Gave me lots of advise even for over counter meds.

I went to the urgent care with flu symptoms obviously I need medication right away. I went an hour before they close got me in there. The doctor was great. It was the girl that walked me back and did my flu test that upset me once the doctor wrote me my prescriptions and she brought me in my prescriptions. She was sending me to a pharmacy that was closed And was rushing me out of there not giving me the time to look online just 100% to make sure that they were open because I needed my medication that night and I know there are some 24 hour pharmacies. I understand they were closing. I was the last patient But she could’ve at least gave me the extra three minutes. I already had it in my search bar before she basically shoving me out the door and again I got to the pharmacy and they were closed. That was very horrible.😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢 I even told her that I wanna make sure that they’re open she said yes I know they’re open, but they’re gonna be closing within the next hour so hurry up basically telling me not to even look online just go🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤒🤒🤒🤒🤒🤒🤒 again. The doctor I seen was amazing. It was the other lady that comes in and does all the little test on you and brings you your discharge papers and everything.

I arrived early for my appointment and was taken back within 5 minutes of checking in.   Staff was friendly and very attentive to my needs.  Was in and out in 30 minutes.  Will definitely go back here if I’m feeling under the weather again

Went in for bad pain in my right hip. I had fallen three weeks previous. Staff was delightful with great senses of humor and compassionate and caring attitudes. Check in process was a little confusing for me at the age of 77, but we finally got it done. I would definitely recommend this urgent care site.

The staff is awesome, they listen to our concerns and take the time figure out whats going on. One of the nurses took the time to make sure me and my daughters made it back to the car safe. I have been here many times for me and family, always leave satisfied and with the right treatment.
