Very friendly, careful and respectful staff. They treat patients with high respect and communicate respectful also explain in detail what is happening with patients. I definitely recommend friends and family this place whenever they need.

Scheduling my appointment was very easy and checking in the staff was so friendly and caring, and the doctor helped me through a lot of paperwork.

Went there with a sore throat. The PA wanted to prescribe flonase, steroids, and an allergy medicine. I do not suffer from allergies.

It's not really an 'urgent care' but a Dr office on weekends if you need attention. Sitting here with my special need daughter who can't speak or express and had something urgent to be taken care of. Waited 20 mins outside and waiting in room for last 20 mins. No attention other than the vitals which need to charge insurance. Ridiculous care is what this is. This gets better. Physician assistant Moa comes in all nervous and asks me same questions 5 times and then takes a picture of my daughter infection and ask somwone on phone on what to do. She then comes back asks for same questions again and tell me that I can't help you but can run ood work if you want. Why will I have my kid go through blood work when you are telling me you don't know what to do ? Horrible place for any care. I will report these guys to my insurance so they can't charge me

The PA who assisted me was not good in examining and explaining.  Did not explain any thing of my illness. Just informed what was the outcome of my test.  No medication prescribe or no instructions on over the counter medication.  Also I have visited this place in the past and they were not able to pull my information so I had to restart the registration process.  I would not recommend this place to anyone. Greenbrook urgent care is 100% better than this place. You get to see a doctor not some PA with half medical knowledge.

Woke up with pain in my ears figured an ear infection. Just needed a quick easy way to get antibiotics. It was a painless visit in and out within 30 mins!

All were very nice and kind. Would recommend to anyone I know.

Very quick, easy and listened to my issue.  I didn’t feel judged or dismissed for the symptoms I had. Pleasant experience.
