Arrived at urgent care , registered and was seen within 10 minutes. Seen by NP who was extremely knowledgeable, understanding and supportive!! I am from out of town and was sick and needed assistance and found it!! Hopefully improvement will come quickly. I highly recommend this facility!!

I was very impressed with the urgent care staff and the waiting time was very good. I would highly recommend this facility if you need immediate care.

Came back from vacation not feeling well at all. Called AFC to see if they accepted my insurance and they did. The staff was very friendly. I was seen by Brooklee, NP. She was very kind, took her time and answered all my questions. I was there less than an hour and a half.

I was able to book an appointment for the next morning. The wait time was quick, and I was in the exam room after a short screening for blood pressure, temp, and oxygen. I had hurt my shoulder muscle, and the care giver was attentive. She was a good listener, had a sense of humor, and a very sharp mind. I left feeling I had the best care in town.

Took my Mom to the Port Charlotte location. Our first time using this urgent care location. Very impressed with the kindness and care from the staff. Very clean facility.  Would definitely use them again and recommend them.

We went in as walk-ins without an appointment. It was easy to check in and we were seen within 15 minutes. Exam was through and we were given discharge paperwork and our perscriptions were called in. The staff was very nice and very helpful. I would recommend this clinic it was clean, easy, efficient and the staff is A+.

We had to follow up for my son’s severe ear infection. Once again there was minimal wait time in this very clean facility. The staff is all very friendly and the office manager went above and beyond for us. I cannot recommend AFC Port Charlotte enough!

1st timer and I was a walk-in. Was impressed with the staff and everyone was very helpful and caring.

Arrived about 9:00 on a Monday morning so I expected a wait. There were only two people in the waiting room. As time went on more people arrived and were seen before me. Apparently if you book online you are seen before walkins, which is fine but I wish I’d known that earlier. Was there two hours total.  Staff was sweet, friendly, kept us all updated, offered us water; back staff was efficient and friendly. Dr was efficient and patient. Didn’t feel rushed in the room. Sent scripts immediately to pharmacy and I had only a 15 minute wait for them once I got there.
