Had severe arm and shoulder pain so I came in.  Chk in was easy.  Not a long wait.  They took my copay and then the tech called me in in maybe 🤔10 minutes.  They took my vitals then got me in a room.  Nap came in about 16 minutes later and took some X-rays 🩻 got me a sling and a referral to an orthopedic doctor and scripts for meds.  Very quick overall,  always friendly and courteous and helpful!

I felt like I had strep throat, possibly flu. Called and was told no appt. needed just walk in. I immediately went. My wait time was less than 30 minutes and the nurse and Dr. Aldrich were both so kind. As a nurse myself, that made me happy to see. The only thing I would change is the fact that they should keep change for cash payments like copays. As bad as I felt with fever, I had to walk over to Michaels and buy something so I could get change for a twenty. Also, not everyone carries a phone with them. Had I not had a phone I don't think I could have checked in. A kiosk would be better.

They did not find out what was wrong. I had to come home feeling miserable.

What can I say everyone was awesome  I didn’t care for using phone to sign, but all is well.  The receptionist out front she told me some stuff about my insurance that I didn’t even know about that actually save me money and I appreciate the honesty

So clean and fast! The staff was super friendly and professional. Much better than our usual urgent care in Millbrook. We will be going here from now on.

Appreciate the use of technology to speed up intake. Was able to get in and out fairly quickly. Little concerned about diagnosis but will have to wait and see. The diagnosing nurse just did not seem to display a lot of confidence .Staff was friendly

Had pain in my left hip that radiates down my left leg. The nurse practitioner thought sciatica they gave me an X-ray that they will show to a radiologist and two prescriptions. Was seeming to feel better when walking to the parking lot.

Was a Walk-In, seen quickly. A little wait time once I was called back. However I got an X-Ray and Bloodwork so that is understandable. X-Ray tech, Med Tech and the Doctor were all good. The doctor checked me out well and wasn't just in and out. The Med Tech drew my blood like it was second nature. Really professional. Would recommend Prattville AFC over Millbrook Urgent Care, because of the Doctor that saw me at Millbrook Urgent Care was in and out and did not communicate well, and wasted part of my time.
