I would like documentation regarding my diagnosis, as well as any notes that may involve missed work. Staff seemed quite friendly and respectful. Not happy that I was charged $150 while the guy behind me was only charged $50.

I had a sinus infection and needed to go into urgent care to get it looked at.  The wait time was very quick.  One issue is the system could not accept the driver's license photos, but it did accept the insurance card photos.  I believe it is something wrong with your system.  The people working were kind and I had an overall good experience.

I wanted to make sure I understood correctly that your office will be contacting me with oncologist referrals for Rex and Duke.

I came in b/c I get that funky post nasal drip every yr and I knew I didn’t hv anything else however you get tested for everything. I was correct, I didn’t hv the flu, COVID or strep throat.  Juan was great, he was easy to talk to, he provided great service and additional tips to help with my concerns and they have worked.  Because he was so easy to talk to I felt like I already knew him, which I didn’t.  What I also liked is he sent in a prescription just in case I needed it, haven’t had to get it because I am doing what he directed me to do first.  First visit here was 10/10. Would definitely come back.

One of the easiest urgent care experiences ever.  Was able to make an appointment and had very little wait time.  The staff was super friendly and professional and the nurse practitioner was patient and knowledgeable and gave me treatment choices.

I want to start off by saying the staff were very friendly, and I am not normally the type of person to complain working in customer service and management myself, but I wasn’t completely happy with my experience.  I came in with concerns of a UTI or BV. It was recommended by the service provider that I take two tests; a urine test and BV test. Mind you, I do not have insurance and have to pay out of pocket. But I trusted their recommendation and took the two tests and was told I’d get results. I was then told that the results from the BV test caused the urine test to be inconclusive, so it was recommended for me to spend ANOTHER $30 for the urine to be sent off for extra testing. I do not think I should’ve been charged for the original urine test when I received no results, and why would you recommend a patient take two tests if one of them can cause the other to be inconclusive? It doesn’t sound right. And to be honest, the guy who I dealt with was very vague and didn’t sound sure about what to do, so he recommended I take two different medications for both a UTI and BV. I then leave and go to pick up my prescription, turns out it was sent to the wrong location, so that was also very frustrating. I feel like some of my time and money were wasted today.

This urgent care office is probably one of the best ones with this company. Staff is absolutely exceptional, super friendly and quick to get things done. Certainly will pick this office out of the rest of them, especially ones in Cary this one top them all.
