This was the 2nd time taking my granddaughter to American family care and once again they knocked my socks off. The wait time was no more than 10-15 minutes and we saw the doctor immediately after triage. She was very kind and caring, explaining each procedure to a 9 year . Husband coughed all night with a fever of 102. I insisted that he see immediate care. The registration online was easy and quick and understandable. The staff was excellent to work with and very caring. I was amazed that we were able to select a time today on Friday at 11 AM for him to be seen. My doctor she was amazing in so many ways, and really listened and took the time to check out what was going on. I’m very appreciative. During the triage that nurse seemed to be a little on edge and could probably use a little etiquette on working with the public. she seem to be a little short with the nurse that was taking my vitals. She also seemed frustrated with the nurse taking my vitals. The nurse taking my vitals knew why I was there and explained it to the nurse doing the triage. It made me feel like she did not really pay attention to what was going on and why I was there. Especially when the other nurse knew what was going on. Overall, the visit was great.
