Zero stars for the solv system. The staff of AFC had to actively work to make the scheduling system work and my wait time increased %100 as they had to help everyone navigate the bs. I am completely mortified that Solv is attempting to steal money and resources from the already stretched thin medical care industry. Urgent care providers are a huge part of modern health care. Let them do their jobs. Don’t automate healthcare. Jesus how can we make this plain to you people?!? It’s evil. That’s how you live with yourselves, you know it’s evil. Get stuffed. The 3 star review for quality of care is only influenced by the providers new need to juggle this system, otherwise the staff is wonderful and are making a difference every day. I hope they see this.
