I cut my head and needed stitches. The receptionist at check in was super friendly. Elizabeth was the PA and she was awesome! She calmed my nerves with her good sense of humor and even let me know her schedule next week so that I can come back and have her take my stitches out. Overall a great experience!

Honestly just stay away.  Worst experience ever. A good 4 hour wait. With incompetent staff.

I went yesterday for flu symptoms and they told me it would be an hour and a half wait, but I waited over two and a half hours. All that wait just to get my nose swabbed and confirm I have the flu. They have me a shot to reduce my fever and that I was free to go. I was in the room for less than 15 minutes. I understand providers are busy and overworked, but the quality of care of this clinic is terrible. I could’ve just stayed  home.

Service was fine. 2.5 hr wait to be seen not good.

Presented with chemical burn to my eye from a detox shampoo. Total visit appointment almost 3hrs. Over an hour sitting in the exam room waiting for the practitioner to evaluate. Once evaluated, the practitioner recommended antibiotic ointment. I asked if steroids gtt were appropriate, she said no. Today I saw my ophthalmologist for follow up due to increased edema, pain, and new symptom of blurred vision. My ophthalmologist prescribed steroids gtt, and discontinued antibiotic ointment; stating best practice for eye chemical burn that does not affect cornea is steroids. The staff is friendly and facility is clean, but lacks attention to detail when listening to pt chief complain, coupled with absurd wait time.

I booked the appointment easily. The wait was extremely long. The diagnosis and therefore medicine prescribed was incorrect. Not a good experience for my baby

Woke up this morning & couldn't bend my knee. Entire staff was amazing. Dr M Williams bedside manner, professionalism, friendly & very informative was a breath of fresh air to what I was feeling this morning. Will follow her recommendations to the T. Thank you everyone

Front staff was so nice and considerate. Dr. McKenzie was really great too. I got in and out of there pretty quickly and I really liked the online cue feature.

I was under a lot of pain with a bad injury on my elbow and the staff was empathetic and did a great job putting me at ease and got the job done very efficiently!
