Took an elderly relative in and though the wait was rather long for them every person we interacted with was knowledgeable, gracious, and efficient. We got what we needed and the staff was amazing!

As I was arrived at the clinic, I clicked the link that was given via text to check in.  I selected “arrived” at the parking lot, then it showed “wait for instruction” after app verified my location.  I haven’t heard from app nor via text for 10 minutes so I decided to come in without instruction since it passed my appointment time…there was nobody in the waiting room.  I wish message was more clear and staff was more friendly at the reception.  My provider was very nice and I’m happy with her.

My 4 year old daughter woke up not feeling well and complaining of her ears bothering her so we visited this urgent care location to make sure she didn't have an ear infection. The cell reception in the office is not great so the QR code for intake paperwork would not load for me and several others. Once paperwork was filled out, we waited for quiet a while before we were seen. This is understandable as there was several people in the waiting room. We were called back and the nurse taking vitals was very patient with my daughter's needs. However, once we were placed in a room, we waited for a long time before seeing anyone. Then another nurse came in and wanted a nose swab to check for the flu. We then waited again for a long time before we saw the attending doctor/nurse practitioner. In total, we were there for more than 2hrs, only to be told that my daughter had the flu and we would need to wait it out. Seems like we could have taken the flu test sample at the initial intake with the vitals and cut down on a lot of waiting time.

Very easy to schedule and was seen within 20 minutes. I have been there before because of a horrible skin tear and I knew how nice the staff and treatment were! I’m hoping to feel better soon but I can go back if I don’t. Thanks again for the care
