Rude medical assistant

I came in at opening at 8 am and the seats were covered in oily finger prints from what I’m assuming is the previous day. Doctor gave me a bunch of verbal directions but did not write anything down, so when I asked the nurse at the end to clarify the prescriptions that she printed out for me, I was unable to get any answers and now I’m unsure if it’s safe for me to take a certain medication. The nurse said she did not know and they were too busy for the doctor to answer my questions. Doctor was demeaning, comparing my back pain to her muscle pain after working out. She said she personally pushes through her pain, indicating that I should push through mine, without any further investigation and even though she is unfamiliar with me and my medical history. Finally, after my appointment, I was asked to wait to sign some after-care paperwork. I was waiting for 20 minutes (while there were multiple lags between patients getting checked in), and when I went back up to follow up, the nurse said she had forgotten.

I waited an hour to be sign regardless of my appointment. I specifically chose this location knowing I would need an x ray and of course the x ray tech was not there that day. I got sent to a different imaging specialist and was promised it would be covered only for them to tell me to go back to urgent care or pay an additional fee for the x ray.

They take forever. So long wait . If you want to go here so you have to have 2 to 3 hours.

▪︎This Urgent Care is most reliable and available whenever you needed them. ▪︎Medications and/or treatment are just right for anyone's condition. ▪︎The Health Provider on duty was receptive enough to the patient's condition and has prescribed appropriate medications as he saw fit. ▪︎Staff are friendly and accommodating. She saw to it that all patients will be attended to within their time schedule.

Doctor and Staff are very nice and good care for patients.
