Initial scheduling and 1st appointment was no problem. All was good. The follow up appointment was bad. Staff was rude when I walked in at 4:30pm and I was told that they were cold. Th lighted sign said "OPEN". I pointed it out and staff said that I would need to come back tomorrow. After much debate, I got seen for 2mins. Again, On my way out, I pointed to the lite up sign the said "OPEN", and that it should be extinguished, but staff still insisted that they were closed.

Woke up with extremely bad pain and walk in fir the first time.   Receptionist was very helpful and helped me to get required forms quickly so I could be seen right away.  The facility was extremely clean and staff was great. Doctor was very friendly and made sure I understood what he was prescribing.  Would definitely recommend.

The process of checking in was very time consuming and there were numerous problems in getting the QR code to work properly especially when your WI-FI wasn't working properly. I was constantly filling out the on-line files over and over and could never get it to work. I suggest you get rid of your QR registering, it doesn't work.
