Long wait time I spent almost 2 hours waiting for a 5 min interaction. The guy who swabbed my nose and throat just walked in and held a cotton swab in front of me without saying much. Was less than personable. Doctor and other staff were nice and professional.

The wait time is terrible, front desk lied and said 2 hours waiting but the wait was 3 hours and a half, they always say the same excuse that there is only one provider in the clinic any time we go there. I ended up leaving and not see the doctor. The provider takes forever with each patient which is impossible to spend hour and a half with each person. The provider and the clinic don’t care about the people who are really sick and need to be seen. This is my experience every time I go there.

i’ve tried scheduling an appointment a couple times it’s misleading because it makes you believe you have an appointment when really you show up to the office and you are still 2 to 3 hours from even being seen. The waiting room is crammed with sick people there’s barely anywhere to sit. It’s very awkward and uncomfortable especially when youre sick and I don’t ever wanna go there again.

The waiting room bathroom had no soap or sanitizer.  Made an appt at 915 didn’t get called in until 1030.  Was told people in front of me and I watched 5 people get called.  Elizabeth the doc was thorough and swift

Very busy urgent care and we did not have an appointment so it took a very long time to get in as many people had booked appointments ahead of time, but we are not told about this option even we waited for well over an hour poor communication from the front desk

I maybe biased to review because I used to work there! But highly recommend this urgent care to my family and friends!

Was able to schedule a 915 check-in and showed up 10 minutes early as recommended. Was not seen until two hours and 15 minutes later after the 915 check-in time. The process from check-in to being seen does not seem transparent. Walk-ins who arrived after my check-in time were seen before me. Maybe this is a one off. Once I made it in to see the doctor everything went smooth. Doctor was great.

It was easy to complete paperwork online, check in at clinic at front desk was fast. I elected to wait in my car. After the customary two hour wait (very normal for any urgent care) I received a phone call to walk into clinic. I received vitals review, was shown into a room, and the healthcare provider walked in 4 min later. Fast, professional, and concerned for my needs, I received great service and was on my way in 10 min. Prescription transmitted to my pharmacy quickly.  This is my second time using AFC for my urgent care needs and it more than exceeded my expectation.
