Walked in this morning, expecting a crowd, but had virtually no wait time.  I had a severe cold affecting my breathing.  Staff and the doctor were very friendly and thorough with their intake process.  All had a positive attitude. Meds were quickly called in so I could pick them up on the way home.  The facility was clean and I was pleased with the quality of care.

I fell and thought I had broken it. I could not use my arm at all which is why I was surprised when she didn't even look at or examine the injury. She only said I need an x-ray and left. The x-ray technician did my shoulder x-ray then took me back to my exam room and said he would be right back with my paperwork. I never saw the Nurse Practitioner except for her to say I need x-rays.
