I called earlier and got rates on a UTI issue.  Everything was handled very nicely and professionally right from the check-in to seeing the Dr. The only ‘negative’ was if one has never been there before.  The front office could’ve been a teeny bit more informative (or offered the option of using a clipboard & actual paperwork & pen). It was  ‘assumed’ that ALL patients have a smart phone (if they do, it was assumed they know what to do with a QR code).  Other than that, everything was pretty smooth. I was treated and the prescription automatically sent through to the pharmacist I requested.
