Woke up this morning in the worst pain with my hands and arms and honestly just entire body and I was able to find the right appointment time using Solv and was able to be seen only minutes after checking in. The lady upfront was very friendly and was very concerned for my well being that she wanted to make sure that the doctor could even help me with my pain first before I waited for awhile to be seen. Which was fine I felt very well cared for during my visit at AFC today Doctor Porter he was very kind and very professional in his work he made sure I left with answers today on pain that I had been feeling for years. So I am so grateful to finally be on my way to an easier lifestyle with less pain. Definitely will always recommend this urgent care to anyone!

Woke up with a sore throat and head ache and ears hurting. They got us right in and all the staff was very nice and caring. Thank you very much.

Was seen in this office for sinus infection and fluid and inflammation in both ears. Check in was quick. Mikala was the nurse, very nice. The doctor was very helpful. Got diagnosed and 3 meds and out in 45 mins. Highly recommend AFC Urgent Care. This is the only clinic I visit.

This was my first visit, made on the recommendation of my Dad. I was not disappointed. I had been sick already for nearly 3 day and not getting better. With a snowstorm moving in, I knew I had to be seen right away. My other problem is that I currently have no insurance so everything is self-pay. Checking in was a fairly simple process, and out of pocket cost was reasonable. The medical staff was wonderful, and the Nurse Practitioner who saw and diagnosed me was amazing! She was better than any Dr I've seen before, no joke. She actually paid attention to my current meds and let me know that she would be prescribing a different medication that would not interact adversely with my current meds. Believe me, that was almost shocking to hear. I had a very unfortunate experience with a Dr who did not do this and prescribed medication that almost killed me! Then, after her initial exam and flu diagnosis, she came back in and said that she was concerned with my low oxygen readings and recommended a chest Xray to rule out pneumonia. I agreed, and it turns out I did have walking pneumonia. I am so appreciative of her attention to details and sincere concern for my health. I'm considering the possibility of coming here for as much of my future health needs that they offer.

Scheduling lady was kind to me and others very professional. The doctor and her staff were great!!!

Developed a scratchy throat stopped up ear and a cough. I had been exposed to Covid and the flu. I just want to make sure I wasn’t contagious. I did my check in a paperwork online. The wait was short. Super nice staff. Dr was great.

I visited today due to positive flu and possibly pneumonia ( and it was) , everyone was very nice and supportive and helpful, however my husband went later during the day , and was not treated so well by the ARNP……he ( my husband) felt he had a sinus infection and was declined any type of antibiotics and only given tamiflu even though it was neg. He is still very sick and probably needs an antibiotic! We are visiting here and must be traveling back home tomorrow morning (10 hour drive) I think the dr. Could have been more helpful
