Difficult and lengthy process to register and complete sign in for someone not especially tech savvy. Like me, and many other older people I’m sure.

I had a sinus infection. I walked in and the nice man helped me fill out the paperwork on my phone and helped w my med card. He was amazing  The woman who took my vitals was very kind as well The PA was very thorough and I was in and out in 50 mins Very happy w my experience

This is hidden in Google map: Husband and wife have no PCP and got covid, we both feel extremely tired and painful on every mussel, headache, burning throat, feeling cold and hot every 20 minutes, searching for help there to feel better so that we can stay up for the kids, got only PROMETHAZINE from this unit, which didn't help, but it made me more sleepy, meaning that we had to drive dangerously when picking up kids. Luckily a friend gave us some Advil, which released most of the pain. When you see someone drives very slow to school, he/she probably got covid and got useless PROMETHAZINE from this bad faith unit. All statements above are facts and backed by evidence and surveillance videos. I don't care what certificates you got, it can't change what happened, and it only makes it worse because it doesn't take a doctor to know Advil works way better than PROMETHAZINE, what do you know is the reason why we go useless medicine? What board certified him? I want the board to know this too!

Just like a review below. I was there in 2020 for a covid test..just got charged in 2022. first of all that's weird get your crap together. the staff there asked for my insurance to see if the test would be covered and if not they would send me a bill for 150 dollars the out of pocket cost. i didn't hear anything for a year and a half so i thought i'm good. just got a bill for 333 dollars. The office acts like they cannot resubmit things to billing and billing acts like they know nothing about what the main office does. You're better off doing a swab at your pcp or a pharmacy as this company is taking extra money off people. I was told by billing that if I didn't have insurance I would not be having this problem. What has happened to health care? I also fully agree with the review above me. The staff was so loud and discussing patients in front of people in the waiting room. Warning, Warning, AFC South Plainfield location. Please be advised that the two young ladies in the front desk are very unprofessional. They speak to you very loud and in a very rude way. Their conduct is totally unacceptable. It is sad that a well known place like this have very uneducated people working at the front desk. However, the young lady Lena, is an angel. She goes out of her way to help everybody there. Lena you are amazing. Thank you!! Mr. B
