I've been putting of my visit for a long time now. Today having a symptom i have never experienced before I finally made the appointment at afc. The check in and front desk staff were as always superb. The interaction with the nurse, I presume it was a nurse ( none of the staff carries name tags that would identify their role) was great. He did mention that it has been a busy day and I understand that, but once the... again I'm assuming doctor, pa??? No name tag came in I was a little taken aback. He seemed annoyed and I felt like my concerns were not taken serious. I always have a great experience at afc, this was the first where I felt not to be taken serious.I probably chose the wrong day where things were hectic.

The whole process was easy, the place was clean, and care was pretty good. No place is perfect (computer issue when checking in extended wait time, and provider seemed in a rush/ sent my rx to the nearby pharmacy even though I had another one selected which caused insurance problems when transferring it) but I would still highly recommend.
