While I appreciated the service and everyone was friendly, my experience was sub-par. I signed up online for 9:25am appointment and waited 45 MINUTES IN THE WAITING ROOM. What is the point of an online sign up if it's just first come first serve? Y'all need to be upfront about that online. Also, add a live wait time tracker so folks can time their visits. The ridiculously long wait time does not match with "urgent" in urgent care.
