I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience today at your Southampton location!  From the moment I enter, I was greeted by 2 of the most compassionate from desk team!  They were pleasant and helpful, even assisted another patient and caregiver to the car!  The nurse that completed my triage was friendly and efficient. She helped to set me up for a successful visit. Your NP was kind and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and provided recommendations for my situation!  Overall, this was the best healthcare experience I have had in quite a while! You should be very proud of this team and the compassionate care the provider!

Was able to make appointment next day for ear wax removal. Staff was professional and nice ,wait time was short

Wait time less than was told at check in. Clean. Professional, courteous and friendly staff.

Had a bit of a wait time but so many people are sick. Staff is great and the place is amazing. Everyone should book appointments online and then the information is saved.  Love coming here because of staff and professionalism.

Front desk staff is rude.  We made a reservation which was meant to hold a place in line.  When we arrived after checking in a head of time, the link they sent me to my phone showed us 1st in line but they kept taking other people that were behind us in line.  When I questioned them As to why, they said they don’t abide but what they sent to.  Doesn’t make any sense and does not set proper expectations for patients.  Will not return.

The PA listened to me and took the time to explain everything. Great bedside manner, would go there again.

Came in with a laceration after cutting my hand with a kitchen knife. The NP, Dan was wonderful and empathetic towards my fear of needles and needing stitches. He made the whole experience as pleasant as possible. Thank you!

Staff was super friendly and pleasant. Didn’t wait very long at all

Took my daughter here this morning, after seeing the primary earlier in the week. Her primary didn’t feel the need to test for flu or covid. Here tested her for them and the results were done in 8 minutes. Test came back positive for flu. The staff & doctors were very friendly and understanding.  The only side note I had was when I used the bathroom in the waiting room, it seemed a little dirty. No paper towels in the holder, toilet seat was a little dirty.  Also, the kids masks box at the check in desk was empty.  It overall was a great experience.
