The greeter was amazing professional kind and helpful

Despite seeing the patient in despair and deteriorating, they left the patient wait for over an hour and the place wasn't awfully busy. When the time came to see the patient, they panicked because of the poor state of the patient. They behaved professionally after that and called the ambulance for the patient to be taken to the ER in hospital, but one doesn't need to be close to death to receive the care and empathy required.

My elderly dad had a wound that needed to be checked. From the receptionist to all of the medical personnel, everyone was so sweet to us and took excellent care of him in a timely manner. We really appreciate it!

I woke up Thursday,under the weather took over the counter cough syrup,still under the weather ,walk in to urgent care,very professional up front,very professional in back,awesome job all around always will go there just awesome people and very professional, thank you all for being you,awesome attitudes and again very professional 🧡🧡

Started having a hard time breathing due to a cough, and they made sure I could do the check-in before they brought me back, which I could, but they were very friendly and handled everything

scheduling was easy using my phone for self check in staff is very helpful and kind and the care was great

I feel that the doctor was more interested in getting me in and out of the room, they really did not take time to ask any additional questions or take an interest in looking at my issue. It seemed like they were distracted and I heard them loudly talking about my issue to the rest of the staff after they left the room.  The rest of the staff was very kind, but I would prefer to go to a different location in the future.
