The receptionist and the doctor or NP (rebecca) were both very nice. But the young man with dark hair that took my intake was rude and rushing. I’m not sure he even took all the info. My temperature and blood oxygen wasn’t taken. He didn’t ask my weigh and height, all things on all other visits I’ve been asked.

Friendly, helpful and professional staff in the waiting room.   I can say the same thing about de medical staff inside   The only issue is that I have a heart condition and the doctor asked me to stop taking one of my medicines. I checked with my cardiologist immediately and she reviewed with the pharmacy the medicine prescribed  and said do not stop taking my medicines and please go back to your family doctor as I want to talk to her as a follow up  (I had a cardiac arrest when everybody was waiting for me to wake up from the heart surgery that is the reason why my cardiologist wants to be informed if another dr ask me to stop her medicines)

The wait time was 2 1/2+ only to see the doctor over an iPad. That was more understandable due to Covid and the flu than the waiting room. I was appalled that people were sitting with no masks, coughing, and sneezing. They were also watching things on their phone at full volume. It was an extremely unpleasant place to be. They were also watching things on their phone at full volume. It was an extremely annoying place to be, especially when not feeling well. The receptionist was verbally abused by more than a few people. These disturbing observations were more due to the patience than the employees however it made for a very unpleasant experience.
