I waited over 25 minutes just for them to tell me after I called them that they don’t do telehealth anymore… why the hell would you still have the option to do that if you’re not going to give someone that option in the first place

There is an option to schedule telehealth visits on their website, even though they no longer offer telehealth services. They don’t take appointments but instead patients must wait outside the office 1+ hours before it opens to get an appointment that day. They are extremely disorganized, rude, and I unaccommodating.

Terrible experience. Signed up for an 11:30 am virtual appointment and after an hour of wait time, called to confirm the appointment but the facility kept rerouting my calls with an automated system. Emailed Solv service as well. After 1.5 hours, I gave up. Awful experience, would never utilize this facility again

I waited for 45 minutes for them to cancel my appointment with no explanation as to why.

It was a positive experience using telemedicine to diagnose my symptoms.

The online video experience was fast and smooth for my minor issue. Thanks
