Waited 1.5 hours only to be seen by the Dr. for 3 mine. I was told there were a few people ahead of us but considering how much time is spent with each patient I find it suspect that is the reason we had to wait 1.5 hours. This is our 3rd visit this year and the previous visits were MUCH faster.

The last few days having an upper respiratory infection. Went this Urgent Care facility and I love that they take walkins. Gave 2 prescriptions and am feeling a little better already. All of the staff was great! Will be definitely going back.

Wheezing and shortness of breath due to asthma; walked in, was immediately scheduled and given wait time, online paperwork not too hard; staff courteous, Ms. Scott very attentive and listened patiently, care and treatment given in timely manner. Ms Scott made sure I was better before discharge. Highly recommend coming back to Ms Scott!!!

My son woke up in the morning with red eyes. I was able to make an appointment online that same morning. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. Eleny was attentive and friendly. NP Sarra provided clear explanations and took the time to address my concerns. Would definitely recommend!

Had been sick since Wednesday with a sore throat, UR congestion and coughing. Afebrile. I am a Healthcare Professional (Nurse Manager) still in the workforce so I was concerned about other respiratory illnesses such as COVID, RSV and the Flu and of course Strep Throat. All the staff from check in to the HCP, the NP Ms Sarra were excellent. Very cordial and showed genuine concern for me. Thank you
