Booked a 7:20 appointment. The dude at the front desk asks me what I’m here for and I tell him and he said he just found out the provider is running behind 1 1/2 hours. I told him that’s okay. I’ll wait. He seemed annoyed. (They don’t close until 8 by the way.) Then I finished filling out the paperwork on the app while I was sitting there waiting. 10-15 minutes after I got there he asks me if I’m done with the paperwork yet and I told him yes. He said it wasn’t showing up on his computer. I showed him my phone with the app saying I’ve done everything on my part right. He just seemed really annoyed. Then he got his coworker and it showed up on the other computer. I was finally seen, but I didn’t wait 1 1/2 hours😂 He definitely made that up to try to make me be like nevermind I’ll come back another day. Like no I’m coming to my appointment sir, you have an available appointment at 7:20, sorry it’s 40 minutes before you guys close but that’s not my fault. Your at your job. Get over it. You don’t treat customers like that. Anyways the medical assistant came in and did my vital signs etc. he was giving me 3 tests, 2 nose swabs 1 throat swab. He did the throat swab. Then the nurse practitioner came in and I explained what was going on. I’ve had horrible congestion in my nose for months, and I had a really bad dry cough a couple of weeks ago but that went away. So just really bad sinus’. No fever no other symptoms! She prescribed me an antibiotic and a steroid and said I didn’t need to do the 2 nose swabs. Idk the whole thing felt rushed like everybody wanted to go home. I’m thinking okay maybe I have just a sinus infection or whatever but it wouldn’t hurt to test me anyways. Definitely did not have a pleasant experience and I’m very unhappy. Horrible customer service, don’t feel like any of these workers even care about their job because you can’t treat people like that. Do better AFC!!!

I scheduled my appointment through Solv and it was quick. Hardly anyone there so I walked in within 10 min. The PA was nice and sent my rx quickly. Will visit again, thank you!!!!
