Excellent in all aspects ❤ I will recommend this place to anyone i know

Over 24 hours head pain /nothing I did was working /office personnel very kind very understanding no wait time. Everything was great. I left with less pain than when I walked in there.

I once again had a wonderful experience. All staff were kind, attentive, and listened to my symptoms. I left with proper medication and instructions on how to proceed. American Family urgent care is the best. I feel better already! I would highly recommend this urgent care center.

VERY long wait once you get sent to the back. Dr prescribed me the wrong medication and I ended up in the ER couple hours later. Although staff was nice I would not recommend or return.

Everyone very nice and professional. No appointments available at any other facilities as was mid day on a Saturday. Appointment easy to schedule but still waited 45 minutes once I got there. Nurse was knowledgeable and prescribed two meds that helped to ease my symptoms from an allergic reaction. I would recommend thus facility.

The staff were all friendly and the clinic efficient. I don’t feel that my doctor was very thorough though, I was barely examined and prescribed number of medications she was unable to explain clearly. I don’t feel confident that I’ve received adequate health advice.

Have been coughing for the past 3 weeks didn’t want to see a dr but I did. I was very impressed by the results and I will go back if needed. Thanks

All the staffs are very accommodating. I arrived few minutes ahead of my appointment and got processed promptly. The scheduling is pretty easy, i change my 2nd appointment in my convenient time without any problem. I recommend this facility to anyone.

Once again AFC was awesome. I scheduled my appointment online, I arrived and was taken in on time. The staff is amazing as always, professional, courteous, they make you feel comfortable, they found out what I am dealing with and sent in my medication right away. They took x-rays that came back negative. I love coming here because of the warm friendly service. Thank you AFC for taking care of me!
