I had a previously scheduled appt and still waited 1h20m in the waiting room. I do understand Urgent Care’s limitations, but why do we have the option to schedule if the scheduled time will not be followed? I would not have came in if I knew I’d have to wait this long as I was not feeling well at all. All the hand sanitizer dispensers around were empty. Once in, I was tested for flu and covid, but both results were negative, so the virus was unidentified. The doctor then said all he could recommend was a Mucinex from the pharmacy shelf. I left very frustrated for paying for a very unhelpful visit - I was already taking all of the over the counter meds the doctor recommended. No closure on what I had and no medication solution either.
