Well. Made a virtual appt at noon. Didn’t see a doctor until 1:05pm because they appeared to have overlook my appointment …i asked for an eta on seeing a provider and some guy said he couldn’t give me one because there is only 1 doctor and she is “stretched”…. Doctor was kind and helpful though.

My appointment was scheduled for 4:30. I didn’t hear from anyone till 5:30. The guy I talked to was great, but the conversation only lasted 4 minutes. The fact that I am double insured, waited an hour past my appointment time, and was charged $50 for the appointment is outrageous. $750 an hour? Obviously you don’t charge based on time but it seems like a bit much.

Being able to have a virtual call with a PA is such a convenient and safe way to get care. Minor illness don’t always require and in depth in person meeting, and the ability to get a prescription without having to expose personnel (or leave the house when you don’t feel well) is a wonderful option. Appt was right on time, professional, helped answer all my questions.
