The provider was 20 minutes late for work. This meant that they could not open doors until he showed up. This delay caused me to be late for work. Never saw the provider for Covid test but he screwed me up. I hope his lateness was rare occurrence. Otherwise needs to get up earlier. All staff was great and helpful.

Accidentally over charged us for a regular appointment (charged $200 instead of the regular $20-35 copay). Now have to call insurance and billing offices to fix it. Wrote two prescriptions for over the counter medicines and would not give me a heavier medicine until after arguing with doctor.
