Great experience with scheduling, front staff and physician. He listened, understood and helped with all of my symptoms. My only request was when I got to the office I found out they didn't accept my insurance & I had to pay out of pocket. I loaded the front and back or my insurance card online when I scheduled. I would have liked to see that on your website or found out ahead of time to be better prepared

I hate to leave a bad review but wish I had read this before going. This was a very strange experience. Seemed very understaffed only one nurse and doctor seemed to be present. The protective covering on the seat was ripped and not refreshed from the previous client. The Dr on staff had the mask hanging under his chin and no Drs coat on. I felt like I didn’t really receive a thorough exam or explanation. Just that my swabs all came back negative and I had something viral. My throat was not checked up close but from an arms length away and he didn’t make much eye contact with me-I felt as if he was talking to the floor when I was asking him questions. Overall I felt very uneasy and uninformed afterwards. I am not sure of any of the provider’s credentials that day. I would definitely recommend patient first up the road as I didn’t feel confident in the staff at AFC that day. Perhaps everyone was having an off day? But it was a very strange experience all around and not much communication.

Overall visit was good, saw the doctor for my concern/illness and was out the door in an hour. Scheduled appointment for 8am when the office opens, no one in the waitlist besides me at the time with a scheduled appointment. Was seen relatively quickly but a walk in that literally walked in the door right in front of me was seen prior to me. Only other thing was the front desk clerk asked me out loud what I was there for which seems kind of unprofessional when it comes to privacy, especially after all the info on that was filled out on the Solv app. I was also made to fill out paperwork with the same information I already had on the Solv app.

This is the best urgent care for my family. Doctors listen & take care of us.

I wasn’t able to schedule an appointment, the wait time was long and the prescription to the pharmacy was extremely delayed.

GREAT STAFF!!! The receptionist is so friendly and speaks to you nice.. I went yesterday morning, Dec 21st.. I dont know her name but she opened the doors at 8a. I was in at 8 checked in like 8:04, signed everything in a few minutes, and sat til like 8:37- 8:40. The Dr., i forgot his name but he is so nice and calm. Very nice ppl. Thanks for being nice. I would recommend.

Woke up that morning in severe pain in my back and upper rib cage.  I had been feeling that pain for about a week and during that week it got predominately worse.  The wait time was over two hours.  That was the worse thing about my visit.  Other than that the visit and doctor were very professional.  Yes, I would recommend this provider.

My local urgent care branch did not open due to staffing issues on Sunday (Pennsville NJ). Called Woodbury office and was opened so walked in there. Everyone nice and professional, office clean.

The Dr I saw today was less attentive than last time. He seemed kind of dismissive and I felt rushed. I would have like if I at least got some scans done of my chest and throat. He just listened to my breathing and said I was fine. Didn't even look at my throat. He did however address my main issue of the oral thrush so I guess that was fine. However I am on immunosuppressants which put me at high risk for an infection such as thrush to spread so that's why I wanted him to pay closer attention to my throat and chest symptoms. Hopefully the treatment for the oral thrush also treats whatever might have spread.
