I thought I broke my little toe so wanted to make sure it was okay.  I scheduled an appointment for 8:30.  I didn’t realize it didn’t matter that I scheduled an appointment. Once I got there it was first come first serve.  It took an hour to be seen, but the staff was very professional and I thought the care was very good.  I got out at 10:30, but still better than the ER. I would recommend coming here.

The waiting area was extremely hot. It’s 90 degrees outside and you sit there in the heat. Care was quick.

The staff at AFC Cheltenham provided excellent care. From the registration desk to the Nurse Practitioner everyone was pleasant and amazing. Rain took my blood. She was nice, patient, and personable. She did a great job providing instructions and making my appointment a pleasant experience. My NP, Winifred Gbomita was excellent! She was understanding, attentive, and overall an excellent provider. I would definitely receive care here again.

I scheduled an appointment and I get there and check in and the appointment wasn’t in the system. I showed the staff my confirmation I received and they assured me I still have an appointment and they were running slightly behind but not to worry. While waiting in the waiting area the staff were all on their phones on social media. They were very loud and were speaking profanities. There were children in the area and a parent snapped on the staff about their unprofessionalism. The parent mentioned how patients in the area could hear them discussing other patients issues, along with their personal comments about the patients. It wasn’t a good look for the company and I actually work in healthcare and have never encountered such unprofessional behavior until I stepped foot in this office. Other than that I waited a long time even though I had an appointment. The physician was great, listened to my reason for being there, and asked questions. She was very personable and professional. I’d recommend the provider but not at this specific location.

I have been feeling sick since Wednesday. I was able to schedule an appointment and got in for 11:00 am. Wait time was a bit long but the services received outweighed the wait

The young lady at the desk, who is your 1st point of contact. Made me want to walk out. Just straight rude and unfriendly. Some people work and own successful businesses. Therefore, it’s a degree of respect that every paying person should receive. The other staff were nice and accommodating.

I brought my son in there tonight to be seen, I basically was denied service by one of the docs in their… Never had an issue for the years I been coming there even with my family. I was sent to another urgent care for my son and daughter to be seen with no problem at all. As long as that doc is in that facility I will not be back, unless another doc can wait on me or my family.
