Staff were amazing from check-in to Provider to everything!

Wonderful staff who were very friendly and professional. Easy to schedule an appointment and was seen right away.  Definitely my urgent care of choice.

Place is always great but the care provided by the physician that day wasn’t the best. Was in a different urgent care the next day diagnosed with bronchitis when I was told I had the flu or covid but both the flu and covid test came back negative.

This was my 2nd visit in a month.   Staff are friendly, place is clean quality of care was wonderful.  Wait time was a little longer than I expected once I was in a room . Overall care great.

The team is great!!! So appreciate the medical assistants and the medical providers. Excellent!!

Went in for bad cough. Wait time was minutes. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Prescribed meds. Very happy my lungs are good.  Side note - the patient before me was swearing and abusive to the check-in woman. She was amazing. Explained repeatedly. Calm and professional. Kudos to her

Went on line to make an 8:00am appt and it was confirmed. Upon arriving there were many walk in people who filled out the paper work, while I did it on line. Five individuals were called in before I was eventually seen by a care worker. Not the way it should happen. It’s broke. Fix it

Horrible rude Office Manager and Doctor. I was told by Dr. Gupta that it wasn't the Emergency Room so they didn't have to see a patient. They turned my sick son away and told him to come back in the morning. The Office Manager Siemens ( something like that) said the door was closed and they've been there since the morning so they weren't seeing anyone. I said the door wasn't closed otherwise I wouldn't be inside! As the office manager was raising her voice to me I was raising my voice back to her. Yet, Dr. Gupta wanted ME to apologize to her. What a disgusting place this is. If your in the healthcare profession and you can't do your job you should get another job!!!

It is 10:34 AM and I had an 8:30 AM televisit. Two hours of waiting at the computer. They opened at 8. What in Gods name is the hold up??

i went for a covid test....they are very confused w everything. Horrible service. I had to call four times to get my results. They were very defensive when i complained about their service. a little bed side manner goes a long way. They need to improve before i ever use them again!
