I was having excess nasal drainage, slight sore throat. I scheduled a appointment and it was a great experience!!!  I would recommend Ms. Crystal as a professional provider of healthcare.

I scheduled my appointment and needed to call and ask a question about my insurance. She told me what to do and i there were no issues using my insurance without a physical card. I waited less than 10 minutes to be seen after filling out my paperwork. The nurse was kind, quick, and efficient. The doctor too was kind and helpful. Truly one of the best, easiest, and quickest clinic appointments i have ever had. This will be the only clinic i go to for future visits. The only issue i could say i had was i could not do the paperwork online because there was a different name attached to my account. Despite that, doing my paperwork took less than 5 minutes so it was no issue to me.

The staff is so friendly and caring. They really listen to your concerns.

Every thing was easy.  Online  scheduling was easy.  The entire staff was very detailed and friendly.  Great experience, except for me being sick.

The staff has always been great but when I got up at 10 o’clock to put in an appointment online, it had a time of 3 PM. I called to see if they had something sooner and they said no but that I was welcome to walk in which I did. I know it was a busy season, but I was just kind of surprised that they already had scheduled appointments that far out, when they opened at 10am.

I was the only one in waiting room so I got in right away. The staff were so professional and friendly. They honestly wanted to make me feel better and ordered all medications to do this. I highly recommend going here.
