The front registration and the nurse and PA were very attentive and I felt well care for.  Thank you for the care me.

I was seen almost within minutes for my 3 yr old due to concerns of a fracture. Which i was truly happy about and the staff was friendly. However, I explained to the staff and physician that my 3 yr old didn't want anyone to touch her arm due to the pain and that any time I moved her she cried because it hurt. The diagnosis from the physician was that she was "training" me and that she wasn't actually hurting. She was only seeking attention. He said he was 80% certain she had no fracture and did NOT bother taking xrays. I sought a 2nd opinion that night in MIDLAND and found out she DID INDEED HAVE A FRACTURE. I DO NOT plan on seeking or recommend anybody to get medical advise from this facility

Woke up sick, went in and didn’t have to wait more than 15 minutes, checkin was easy, staff was super friendly and I feel like the doctor and nurse listened to me and took great care of me.

Walked in with a terrible allergic reaction. They too me back right away. In less than 10 minutes from the time I walked in until I had shots administered. They were all super-friendly!

Had a follow up appointment in Ft. Worth for hand surgery last week but weather prevented travel. Went to Affordacare where they called the surgery office and got permission to remove bandages, check stitches, and remove them if all looked good. Stitches were removed, incision treated and small bandage applied. Just exceptional service over and above normal procedure. Highly recommend this clinic .

Very good experience with the sweet staff!! Not a very long wait at all.

The whole experience was outstanding. Check-in was a breeze, the staff was so kind and they had me in and out in a very appropriate amount of time. 10/10.
