I've had an ongoing issue with a stye of the hordeolum type; the nurse that usually helps me with them, sends a script for Bactrim and a topical eye ointment (erythomycin) to Walgreens, however, that nurse wasn't there at this visit. After about three rounds of this nurses treatment, the styes go away for approximately 7 months... I was in the ICU for about 2.5 weeks...no access to a sink or toilet, and on oxygen the whole time; I believe, since I wasn't able to wash my face properly, the eye area was compromised. On this last visit, I got [another] nurse, at your clinic, who proceeded to tell me, that there's no study, that shows that Bactrim helps...I know it does! This nurse, was not only critical of the previous nurse, but she stated, that the prior nurse, who helped me, and is kind to the bone, with a great deal of empathy, should never have given me the above combination. I left, after a long wait, with a print out of home treatment...I've been telling a few people, prior to this unpleasant experience, with Nurse Rachet, how much I liked your clinic...that is not the case anymore!

The local VA office sent me here for a back issue. Turns out they had a couple more complicated patients so I had a delay which was unfortunate. However the staff was nice. The nurse practitioner was really really cool, friendly and relatable. So I was glad that I did wait. She also offered me some reasonable treatment until I could see my normal doctor in a few days. Would go back here.

Front office staff was more worried about their conversation than walking me through how to go about process.  Even said this was our first time in.  Slid a clipboard “at us” and said fill that out and on kiosk and promptly went back to conversation.  Waited an hour and 45 min in waiting room and then waited over two hours once in the room.  Total time to be told negative for anything was 4 hours.  Felt like check-in process online was convenient but everything is below par.

Went in to see doctor and they were great. Did labs and diagnosed me then called medication into pharmacy. I would recommend this provider.

Everything took less time than expected. We were in and out in less than an hour.

Just in for a DOT physical,on a Saturday,no wait time what so ever,great staff,easy check in,able to fill out some of the paperwork online prior to my arrival. Would definitely recommend this provider.

Spent six days trying to over allergies to no avail. Drove in to Granbury Affordge care who saw me as quickly as I could fill out care. Met an amazing young woman who met my needs quickly and professionally. Am grateful for expertise and help and on the road to recovery. Helped save an hour drive and weeks wait for something that was a container. Thanks I’ll be back!
