I waited over two hours just for the PA to be in the room for less than two minutes to “treat” me. In the two hours I waited I was having a sever allergic reaction and had hives spreading all over that weren’t there before. They were nice but having to wait two hours just to be told “i’m not sure what’a wrong with you” is ridiculous. I do not recommend coming to this place unless you have 2+ hours to spare waiting around

Just a wonderful group of ladies on staff here in Stephenville. Even with unforseen issues with another patient they ensured I was handled quickly and professionally. Great place

Had a broken hand.  We called before we left to make sure there was an X-ray technician and that they could get us in.  They told us to be there at 9.  We got there at 8:45 and waited to see a doctor for 5 1/2 hours!  The “doctor” (it wasn’t an actual doctor) confirmed it was broken but said she didn’t know anything about broken bones and sent us to an orthopedic.  She said she couldn’t even help us get in there any faster so we had to wait another week to see the ortho.

Staff was great! Both the nurse and dr. showed genuine concern and helped solve my issue.

Waited in waiting room and exam room for one hour and 50 minutes before seeing a doctor. Had an appointment for 6 PM, but several walk-ins were ahead of me. I am not sure what the benefit of making an appointment is?

I got to my appointment that I had made two days prior 15 minutes early. All I needed was a physical and it took over 2 hours and 45 minutes. Staff was very nice though.

Each staff member I came into contact with was very friendly and helpful.

Yesterday, I arrived around 2:15 for a walk-in, with only one person ahead of me. Around 2:45, I was called back, but it wasn't until 3:15 that the doctor finally saw me. I left after paying at 3:25, a total of one hour and ten minutes after arriving. Today, my prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. After calling the office  around noon, I received an apology and assurance that they would correct the error. It took two more calls before the issue was resolved, and I finally picked up my medication at 3:30 pm. While I’ve never felt compelled to leave a negative review in the past, I believe it’s necessary in this case due to the lack of professionalism exhibited by this office.

Great visit, staff was polite and helpful. Wait time was not to good but understand that with the walk ins.

I arrived at 2:40 got me into the room around 4  nd left there alittle after 5 it was longer then what expected to but over all the staff was friendly nd The Doctor was awesome nd yes I would recommend them to any one
