Was able to get in same day! I think I was the last appointment of the day, but did not feel rushed! Staff was very kind and took great care of me! I will definitely be back!!

Highly recommend! Easy to make appt. A very unusally peaceful urgent care. Most are loud and crazy. Everyone there from the front desk on were great! Listened, took care of things right away. Prescription sent right in. #besturgentcare. We've lived here over 16 yrs and have been to many. Again highly recommend!

After having attempted unsuccessfully to get help at BS&W x2 I happened on Aggieland and went there! Couldn’t have been taken care of any better. All of the staff were very helpful and understanding of an old man, listened, made exactly the right diagnosis and gave me not only the help I needed then but made me awareof everything I needed to know for follow up and to make sure I knew what further they would do to assure the best outcome.  I felt very confident in especially the doctor , but everyone seemed to know best what to do for me Excellent experience, much much better than BS&W so thank them all!!

Excellent customer service. Diagnosed the issue and called in prescriptions.

The front desk was nice and helpful but the physician had very poor bedside manner. We almost left in the middle of the appointment because he was refusing to examine my toddler because he was having a tantrum. We were told "he was the worst behaved child he'd seen in his 27 yrs of experience" and that "his own 3 boys never acted that way" and that he would not be able to examine him. It eventually ended up with me (mom) holding the throat scope, grandma restraining child, and physician looking at throat which was infected. My son hadn't slept at all the night before and didn't feel well; tantrums are a pretty normal part of life right now in the twos phase. No other pediatrician has ever expressed behavioral concern; we've always been reassured tantrums are age appropriate (especially when a child is sleep deprived and doesn't feel well.) As an SLP who specializes in treating toddlers and preschool children, I was shocked at his inability to help a child despite a tantrum given they're a normal part of development. I couldn't imagine what it would be like for the mom of an autistic child or sensory processing issues to take your sick child to an appointment and the physician refuse to examine him. I've never had such a bad experience with a physician and would not recommend another parent of a small child to see him. I'm sure he's capable of treating adults, but not a good fit for children. The entire experience was bizarre, off putting, and I will not take my child to this urgent care again. I think part of my sons unwillingness to comply was how abrasive the physician was.  The physician was condescending and unhelpful; Unprofessional and odd. Nurse and staff were totally fine but did not matter in light of how uncomfortable the physician made us.

The Nurse, the PA and the front staff could not have been any nicer. I am spreading the word, far and wide!!!

I have been ill for a couple weeks with respiratory problem. Dr. David took care of me in a super nice super friendly and super professional.

Started with sore throat, body aches, chills, headache, cough and congestion.  Was able to book appointment online and was seen the same morning.  Visit time was less than 30 minutes.  Medications were sent to my pharmacy right away.  Very pleased with care I received.
