What patients are saying...

1.0

Useless. Went in with a cough, metallic taste upon coughing, chest pain while coughing, itchy throat, headache and fatigue and she swabbed me for Covid which was negative but then told me she thought it post nasal drip from the afrin I had been using. I have an acquired facial deformity from an accident and I’ve had post nasal drip because of that since I was 6. This is not post nasal drip. This woman, (Kasey?) did not look in my nose or throat but checked my ears. My ears had nothing to do with my symptoms. A total waste of time and money. Terrible bedside manner from the NP and an overall waste of my time, I refused the decongestant she offered to write a script for..what a joke
