With Dr. Kay prior to making her my primary doctor had my previous physician sent all my information to her. I did a telehealth appointment before making my appointment to make her well aware what medication I take what I’m dealing with I go in I get my blood drawn and my blood pressure taken that’s what they consider a physical, and then she discharges me as a patient because my medication‘s are too complicated for her when she knew all this prior so I also have a psychiatrist there. Gotta call the same number today May 25 calls got hung up on last week 18 calls for medication‘s that I need to take daily And they make it a joke. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to ever deal with this office. I’m not here to be liked or disliked I’m there to have my medical needs met and I still see one doctor but they’ll hang up on me every single time so I’ll end up putting myself in the hospital because I depend on certain medication and they’re making it a point , to not to take my calls …. No I’m on controlled medication and when I’m out of it I’m in trouble but they don’t care they don’t respond to emails. They don’t respond to nothing so beware I would give them a zero star if possible worst experience of my entire life.

I regret calling All day Medical. Unprofessional staff, and management. I get a phone call from Ms. He the billing bullying me to call my insurance company to make them pay Shannon Jordon she sent me an email and if I was her employer. I should have never gotten a call from either one. Shannon Jordon does not help with trauma. This agency tags clients especially if you make complain about the mistreatments. They are not equip to handle major issues. I should have looked at the reviews before allowing this place. Please be careful not all help is good help and not all centers equipped with helping people. It’s about the money then the client.

My husband and I came to this walk-in clinic and the staff was super friendly. There was no wait and we did not have an appointment. Olga was very knowledgeable and personable. Clean facility. I was impressed with the wireless technology when his vital signs got checked. I would definitely recommend this clinic over spending all day waiting in an Emergency Room.
