I requested an appointment online for my daughter at the Wisconsin Ave location . I arrived to the location early only to be told that the doctor at that location does not treat children. I was then told I could go to the Connecticut Ave location and wait. I chose not go and sit and wait since my appointment time would not be honored. This was my first and last time using All Care.

It wasn’t good, I have an infected abscess and scheduled an appointment for 8:45 online. I even called the help center to verify the appointment and if my insurance is accepted at the location. I pulled up and the location was closed. Please fix your scheduling hours in your internal system, and have call center staff access the hours before verifying.
