Visited this facility on Wednesday evening February 27, 2019 Even though the doctor was able to remove a sizable amount of wax from my right ear through the process she scratched my ear drum. Thus delaying my healing from vertigo. Visited ENT yesterday March 7 TH and his response at seeing the blood clotted scabbed over ear drum was “oh no!”.
